Warranty information#

If battery of any device in Adapt’s Proton WHO series is exhausted before the expiry date, mentioned on the device, it is covered under the replacement warranty. The device will be replaced, Adapt shall also bear the shipping charges. Devices whose seal is opened is not covered under the warranty.Liquid and Physical damage is not covered under the warranty.

Disposal instructions#

Adapt Loggers, handles the disposal of Adapt’s Proton WHO series of data loggers at no extra cost. Connecting the data logger to an internet connected device with browser access, can help Adapt Loggers establish the location of the device. The device shall be collected and disposed off by Adapt’s authorized dismantlers/disposal partners. Adapt encourages you to connect the USB of the device to an internet connected device like laptop or smartphone(using an OTG cable). This is the most sustainable way to deal with the devices post the trip completion.Adapt’s Proton WHO data loggers, come under the purview of e-waste. Hence, have to be disposed in accordance with e-waste disposal policy of respective geography.
