Consignment Templates

Overview#

Consignment Templates allow users to predefine the configuration parameters used during consignment creation. These templates save time, improve accuracy, and standardize consignment setup by storing commonly used settings such as:

Collection Interval
Sending Interval
Temperature Thresholds
Transport Details
Client Information

Consignment Template

Create Consignment Template#

To create a consignment template, navigate to Control Panel and then click on Consignment Templates and click the Add Template button. Enter the required values such as Template Name, Collection Interval, Sending Interval, and Temperature Thresholds. Click Save to finalize the template.

Create Consignment Template

During the creation of a new consignment, users can select a predefined template from the Load Template dropdown. All saved parameters will automatically populate the relevant fields in the consignment form, reducing manual errors and speeding up the setup process.

Edit Consignment Template#

Templates can also be edited or deleted via the same interface by clicking on the corresponding action buttons. Edits to a template will apply to future consignments using that template; they do not affect consignments already created.

Note: Access to consignment template creation and editing is based on the permissions assigned through Role Management.
